Do African American people believe they are better than African people?  Do African people think they are better than African American people?  I honestly feel as though it depends on the region either race is from.  I think personally that neither is better than the other.  A lot of the time it is the unknowing that determines the feelings they have toward one another.  A lot of African-Americans believe that Africans are violent or ignorant, which is not at all true.  A lot of Africans think that African American men are gangstas and deadbeat dads and the women are permiscious and have very bad attitudes, which is not at all true.  What do you think?

     Remember that the only thing that a lot of Americans knew about was National Geographic images.  Of Puma and Shickta running around with cloths covering the man's genitals and the lady's punanny.  Running around in mud huts and herding cows.  No form of technology around at all.  Also, remember that the a lot of Africans knew only about Rashad and Shaniqua slangin on the block wearing baggie jeans and hoochie mama shorts.  Running around the ghetto projects on welfare or selling drugs.  No form of respect for themselves or others.  Now that you know the misconceptions, lets get to the roots of these misconceptions.  It is white media that portrays both races like this.  Ignorance is a very contagious thing.  If white people are ignorant of either race they will make the other race just as ignorant.  Do you know that the black population is the highest in the world.

     There are black people in every continent in the world.  Eurasia has the Indian people.  Europe has the Colombians.  Australia has the Aborigines.  Africa has the whole country, even South Africa.  The Americas have the Eskimos, Black people, Indians and Mexicans.  We are only separated by language and hair texture.  White people don't want us to see each other as one because then we would be the dominant race.  So they play us against each other.  They've been doing this for years.  I know that I am not African.  I am African American and I am very proud of it.  I know that I am not the same as an African person.  The only thing that actually makes us two different races is our culture and dialect.
